“I gotta say, I really appreciate the team at this location! They made a printing job I needed ASAP, super easy, fast and stress free. And they did it while one of their POS was down with a line almost out the door. I'm truly grateful for their patience, attentiveness and I gotta s/o their manager for leading the way 🤗”

“The BEST place to get all of your shipping done. I’m so grateful I found this location. Shipping and returns can be a frustrating and tedious errand- especially when you aren’t 100% sure what you need. However, this location has always exceeded my expectations in the best way. The staff is so incredibly kind and helpful. They treat everyone with respect and compassion. They make each transaction so quick and easy. Trevelle is an exceptional employee! He is always so helpful, greets everyone as they enter, and genuinely brightens my day each time I come in. I don’t mind travelling a little out of my way to come to this location because the customer service is so much better than anywhere else.”

“as a young woman living on my own for the first time, i didn’t know how to mail a package. i first went to USPS and they were so horribly rude and unhelpful that i left in tears and ended up here. they are SO KIND here. the man behind the counter fully explained the process, helped me out with every step and completely turned my day around (and didn’t judge me for crying). i’m so grateful for this place and i will be handling all future package shipping through AIM Mail Center.”

104 N Airline Hwy, Gonzales LA 70737
“I had an exceptional experience at the UPS Store in Gonzales today. The older woman assisting customers is truly outstanding—professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She handled my transaction quickly, anticipated what I needed, and even took the time to offer practical recommendations to help me save money on future shipments. It has been a very long time since I’ve seen someone manage customer interactions with this level of competence and confidence. This is exactly how customer service should be done. I will absolutely return and recommend this location to others.”

10380 Perkins Road, Baton Rouge LA 70810
“Y'know, I have issues with my stuff getting delivered occasionally, but I don't sweat it too much because I know the folks who work these jobs have a chaotic workload each day. And every time I go in to the office to pick up or drop off a package, the ladies there are so sweet. I know there are a lot of bad reviews but I try to put things in perspective. USPS has been a fustercluck since Dejoy took over. The folks who work there are doing the best they can with what they have available.”
