“The lady who help us was so kind, patient, and friendly. She put up with all the calamity me and my two sisters come up with for almost 3 hrs, trying to unlock our phones to switch to cricket. Great atmosphere there. Never have I had such a good experience at a cell phone retail store ? (especially considering the challenge we created for ourselves) and I might add the price is right ?”
“Just left the Prairieville Verizon store to get a new iPad. The general manager, Devin Stewart, is amazing. He could tell I was a little frustrated about a situation I had just left at the Gonzales Verizon location and acknowledged me.
He was helping customers, helping to guide a newer employee, who is also awesome- Jermaine, and managing phone calls as they came in.
This guy was the calmest manager. He didn’t miss a beat nor even seem stressed out.
He also helped me save a ton of money on my plan that I’ve had for over 20 years when nobody else has taken the time to look at. I hope this company treats him good & takes care of him because he’s a fantastic manager!”
