“Justin Brown went above and beyond! He walked me through step by step on fixing my phone! I was on the phone with apple for five hours before speaking to Justin and had lost all hope on my phone being fixed. However, Justin helped me in less than 30 minutes and even went out of his way to encourage me there's always a way and to not get discouraged. I appreciate him deeply. He knew exactly what to do to fix my phone and to bring a smile and some relief to my day! HE IS THE BEST and ill never request anyone else. AMAZING worker and AMAZING person!!!”

“I would like to say I don't typically post reviews, but I had to thank from the bottom of my heart this store's manager named STEVEN. My mother is paralyzed and on a feeding tube, and Steven was instrumental in helping me get packages of Glucerna to my family when we were on the brink of running out (due to a delay in UPS delivery). He went and got the last boxes available, and made sure my family got them safely when they came in to the store. He was patient, respectful and courteous. Give this man a RAISE, WalMart !!”

“After having a very disappointing and highly unprofessional experience at the AT&T store on Juban, I decided to visit the AT&T store in Walker, and I’m glad I did. The difference was night and day!!! The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help from the moment I walked in. They answered my questions, helped me, and made the entire process quick and hassle-free. I was in and out with my new phone in about 20 minutes. The level of customer service was excellent, and the staff made what could have been a frustrating experience incredibly easy. If you’re looking for an AT&T store with professional, efficient, and courteous service, I highly recommend the Walker location.”
