My mother is paralyzed and on a feeding tube, and Steven was instrumental in helping me get packages of Glucerna to my family when we were on the brink of running out (due to a delay in UPS delivery). He went and got the last boxes available, and made sure my family got them safely when they came in to the store. He was patient, respectful and courteous. Give this man a RAISE, WalMart !!”
