“With COVID here, online shopping is more popular than ever, this includes selling and returning items. I had a wonderful staff memeber, I couldn't remember his name but I had a large package to send and didn't have the measurements of the package with me. He was nice enough to take the time to look up the dimensions on the internet to find the appropriate box. They offered a larger box and he scored it so it will adjust according to the size of my package. When I got home, I didn't much packing material in the box, so that was a relief! More damage happens when there is a lot of room inside the box. I was able to mail my return the same day. I will go back again!”
