“I am in Ringgold for work only, however, as i was driving into town, my car (as I accelerated) started to grind and it would not produce a speed over 40 mph. I was eight miles out from my destination so I had to drive at a slow pace. Once I arrived, I spoke with several individuals who recommended Tipson's Texaco. I went there after my assignment and they (Trey and Kade) offered me the best help one can find. I needed transmission fluid which i had a little, however, I needed more (no problem) so we thought the issue was resolved until the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light came on. Nonetheless, the grinding completely stopped so that was a relief. Trey put my car on the machine free of charge to determine why the light was now on. In addition, i needed to change my wheel bearing. I did not pay for the transmission fluid and diagnostic test the day of. In fact, they did not charge me for the diagnostic test. Who said a pretty face and a great personality do not come with perks?Chile please!!! They trusted me to come back the following day to pay for the add'l transmission fluid, wheel bearing part, and labor which were inexpensive. I now need a speed sensor that i will order online and get it install once I get back to NOLA. I appreciate them AND THEY ARE THE REAL DEAL in Ringgold!!!”
