“My family has been going to Baldwin-Taylor since they opened! The owner, Glen Taylor is such a kind man. His entire staff is very knowledgeable about their inventory and will help you with whatever you may need. If you need propane, they have it too. They sell a very cool stand that goes on your propane tank, that will hold some of your cooking needs and/or drink (it's in one of the many photographs that I took). Enjoy the experience at this quintessential hardware store for all your hardware needs, plus wooden chairs, swings and an assortment of other items.”

You may pay a little more but it beats driving allll the way to home depot for one or two items! 🤣”

“Great old-school hardware store! Come in to find that oddball bolt that the big stores won't carry -- and if they did you'd have to buy 20 instead of one. Also great for expert advice -- unlike the big stores.”

Often times they are on the floor because they weren't properly affixed to the shelf or the tag is missing all together. Sometimes the shelves aren't replenished with merchandise and the items you are looking for are gone.”
