“Just an absolute professional. We visited on 9/16. Came recommended by our fishing guide and we were so glad he did. We originally wanted to ship the fish home. They talked us out of that just to save us money. They packaged it perfectly for the airline to check it instead. The airline put us through the wringer with questions about how they were packaged. “I cannot rate the service I received here highly enough. I was taken care of by Devin on 5/30/23. I was grieving, having to ship home my father’s and grandfather’s burial flags, along with a few of my father’s personal effects I could not bring home in my suitcase. Devin saw me come in, having to make two trips as I walk with a cane. I needed the store to package as well as ship, having no box of my own. Devin could have taken advantage of me, as I was so clearly distraught and not thinking. Rather, he was kind, gentle, and gave me every discount I was eligible for (I did have several heavy objects). He telephoned me within 30 minutes to let me know he had personally packaged my shipment. And when I received it as promised, I was overwhelmed with the care he had taken: EVERYTHING was individually wrapped in plastic to ensure it was protected against the elements, and placed so no matter how I opened the box, it was protected. I could not be more impressed and pleased with the service I received. The care and compassion I received made a difficult process a little easier to bear. I have the flags home, along with my father’s books to give to my son. Thank you, Devin, and thank you, UPS, for bringing these priceless things home to me.”

I drop off the artwork, they carefully pack it in custom made wood crates, and usually ship it the next day. “I was in need of a memorial/funeral program for my sister’s memorial. I called and Seth provided the best customer service I’ve ever received. He answered all of my questions and he did not rush me. He was knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The memorial programs came out perfect! They were bind (stapled) in the appropriate place unlike the other big chain in the area. The color on the programs were nice as well. Overall, I was very satisfied with the programs as well as the customer service I received.FedEx, please know that Seth is a tremendous asset to this location and the entire FedEx family!
