“This was my first time going to another pharmacy for my medications in Ruston. I previously used Waltz before they closed for good. I was very nervous about how it would turn out because I’ve had many negative experiences at the Walgreens Pharmacy back in my hometown in Shreveport.
I got to the counter around 7:45 and they close at 8:00. I had no idea what I was doing, I didn’t know what prescriptions were given to me (I just nodded my head at when I was at quick care). Quintin greeted me behind the counter and I showed him the 2 written prescriptions that I had. (Never have had written prescriptions before - they’ve always been sent over electronically. Luckily Quintin helped me understand how it all works.) ANYWAY long story short, both Quintin and the other guy… his name starts with a B - they were both extremely helpful and informative. Quintin helped me find some medications (even though there was a small like and 10 minutes until closing). Quintin was so willing to help and so was B. I could tell they were ready to go home and seemed so busy but they still showed great care. I’m so grateful for those two pharmacists!!!”

“I’d say 9/10 overall but rated 5 stars because 4 would be too low.PROS: Service (very friendly even at 5am), coffee and drinks always available, Sip and Save program saves me a decent amount each month on coffee. Restroom is usually clean enough.CONS: location is inconvenient if you’re headed South on 167. I have a trailer 99% of the time and it’s a small lot. I usually park at Super 1 and then walk over to get my coffee.”

“My experience at Walgreens Photo Lab ?
My experience was documented about the first week of last month. I learned all about the process of having real canvas project Work done and how long it really takes, especially on a Friday morning and everyone is coming in the store having the same problems as I was having. You also have to learn how to operate their uploading system and pay close attention to how you are loading up your files especially if you have more than 1 canvas project being done. I had a total of 9 . I had to come back after lunch to get my work finished.
As a matter of fact, I am just now starting on my first canvas project today. I'm taking my time with this project because it's my first project to do. I als have a large Jewelry box section that I am adding to my store retail line.

“Last night I called Walgreens a few minutes after 9:00 pm and asked the clerk if Western Union was still accessible on their computer. The young lady (Brianna) wasn't sure, so she said she would ask her manager. Her manner was so positive that my wife, having overheard her said, "Wow, that is a friendly clerk!"
I asked if that was unusual from Walgreens or just unusual in general. She said in general. It is not always easy to find service industry workers with a positive, upbeat attitude and willingness to go the extra mile, especially at 9:00 at night. When someone stands out, as Brianna did, I like to try to let the manager know or give a good review. What she found out and shared with me saved me a wasted trip to Walgreens that evening, while I was not feeling well. Thank you, Brianna.”

“Tech Drive Crawfish has consistently been known to serve one of the best bugs in the area. This trip I asked for 3 pounds, half mild and half spicy. The bugs were delicious, the potatoes were so soft it felt like eating ice cream.”
