“I was told at a different auto repair store that I needed 3 new tires to fix the problem with no details of what was Causing it. I went to this store, told them the problem I was having and the guy went to inspect the tires, found the tire causing the problem, told me why it was doing what it was doing and told me it was the only one that needed to be replaced. Saved me from buying 3 tires when they easily could have said the same thing. I very much appreciated the honesty.”

“Very pleased with the service I get from this tire shop. Had shaky steering issue in my sienna, so I wanted to narrow down cause, they only charge 10 bucks a tire to balance. Well I had a tire thru a belt and this was causing my steering problem. Got a used tire from them for 45 bucks and now my van drives smooth. Very happy”

I was stuck in a really terrible situation with my vehicle and weird tire sizes and all of the staff at Gonzales Tire & Automotive went above and beyond to help me get back on the road. With an hour and a half drive a head of me my spare wasn’t going to cut it and they didn’t have what I needed. After being so kind, patient, and understanding they were able to not only find a suitable tire, but did not charge me. “Awesome customer service!! Stopped in to get air in my tires and come to find out all my tires were bad. The owner, Torey, gave me a spare to ride on cause the back tire had threads coming out. I ordered a whole set of tires and he said that they will be in in the afternoon. He called me 4 hours later to let me know that my tires were in and I could come get them. I arrived within 30 minutes and he installed them as well. I was very pleased with the price. I recommend him to the whole Ascension parish and surrounding areas. Good service is hard to find nowadays. They definitely can count on me returning. Next week, I'm having my vehicle detailed. Good job fellas!!”

I been there twice, two different cars and they fixed everything for a good price. Worked on my car all the way through, unlike some places that take on too many jobs at once.
