“Quiet, Clean, Comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. Great Fitness center, free parking, good breakfast and TV selection as well. Good location right off the highway and close enough to food, stores, etc. Was there a night before a cruise, and definitely was a better value to stay here about 25-30 minutes away from the port rather than staying in downtown New Orleans which would most likely require paid parking, no free breakfast, higher rate, etc. LaPlace had everything we needed for a 15-hour overnight stay.”

“The Best Western LaPlace is the 2nd best hotel I have ever stayed in, for the following reasons...
1. Customers service (they let me use the pool a few days prior to opening. (Very Clean and refreshing!)
2. Friendly staff, they greeted me as a valued customer.
3. Clean The room was very clean to what I stayed in on my 5 day journey home.
4. Comfortable. The bed and pillows were perfect.
5. Set Up. The room was set up perfectly. I have never seen a better floor plan in all of my travels.
I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. THANK YOU RAVEN.

“Right off of Lake Ponchartrain. Everything is close by, it's a huge hotel, and comfy. The staff was also great, which is rare at most Hilton properties these days (yes, I'm a diamond member).”
“From the moment I got there until the moment I left I was made to feel welcome. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast menu was simple every day but it was hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for rooms close to Nola Motorsports Park on a budget.
Rooms: The room is a very clean and fresh. The only thing I noticed were the towels little bit dingy but definitely clean.
Nearby activities: Great access to New Orleans and Nola Motorsports Park”

We picked this hotel because it is less than 10 mins away from the airport and they have a shuttle service to the airport. The hotel room was very clean, comfortable, and good size. Staff and shuttle bus driver are very friendly.”

“They shouldn't advertise wifi, because we stayed 5 days and couldn't connect to the internet the whole time. Our toilet ran 24/7. Our bathroom door was too big for the frame, so couldn't shut it or lock it. The room was so humid the sheets felt wet and our towels wouldn't dry. The breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal packs, grits, sausage links, very little fruit options, no yougart. Waffle maker was broken.Staff was friendly but never apologized for inconveniences.”
