“The inspection was done literally within 10 minutes!
It was very easy and I got my sticker in no time.
I also found that they work on changing engine oils and flushing coolant and things like that.
They were friendly and humble!

“I called early one morning, feeling very discouraged because I knew my daughter had a nail in her back tire and tried to repair it the day before at another tire automotive and they said her tread was too low and they could not repair it for liability reasons and that she actually needed all new four tires because they were all balding and dangerous. Needless to say the man David, who answered the phone was extremely helpful. I told him that I did not think we had a spare tire, but we needed to place an order for the tires and get it as soon as possible . He told me that it would take a day or two to come in and then when I expressed my concern about my daughter’s daily two hour commute to Eunice for school made me nervous because I was afraid if she got stranded on these back roads and put her in danger because her route to school consisted of these country curvy back roads with potholes with no shoulder to pull over on if she needed it to. He immediately felt for me as a concerned parent and he expedited the order & shipping. That same afternoon, my daughter got all four tires put on and I have never seen this kindness from a service industry in a very long time….there ARE STILL REALLY NICE AND CARING PEOPLE OUT THERE!!!! My daughter was also having a really bad day (actually a bad two weeks with family tragedy)and when David greeted her and spoke with her while waiting on her car, he had many words of wisdom which lifted up her spirits and changed her whole outlook on life! Thanks so much Mr. David ? You are an angel!”
“Quick service tire pressure was checked on all 4 tires when I was almost home. The tire low air symbol came on on the display panel. But no problem, I put the correct amount of air in all tires anyway. I highly recommend Nicky P Lube Express. I will bring my car back to them for the next oil change. Highly recommend them.”

Update* The owner checked our car again and was able to determine that the oil change was not cleaned up properly afterwards. He cleaned everything and the car is no longer leaking oil.”

The wait time was almost 2 hours, but that could vary. I went in the afternoon, so yeah, there's going to be a wait. I did have to return a few days later with a leaking valve stem.”
“I believe Jeilon (as per my receipt) was my greeter. He was very nice and knowledgeable. My oil change was done in less than 45 minutes, just like he stated it would be done. Everyone else, including the man (Stacy, as per my receipt) who took my payment seemed nice. The work seems fine and was done by Rontrey (as per my receipt).
The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I didn't have time to wait two hours for a tire rotation (so I'll have to wait on that or wait till I can get new tires), but, to their defense, I got there after 3:30p and there were already other vehicles to work on.
I met someone in the waiting area who said that she had been coming there for years because her family had done business with their Auto Care Center for years. It's nice to know that this location has generations of business, which made me feel better in utilizing their services, as this was my first time coming to this location.
I would definitely seek services with them again, but maybe just get there earlier next time.”
