“About two and a half months ago, I reached out to different mobile home parks in the Lafayette area because my wife and I were moving there. I ended up calling Mills Estate and spoke with their manager, Mia. We met, she showed us around, and we loved it. Out of all the parks here, this is the one we wanted. My wife and Mia started talking, and my wife explained how much she likes to cook with authentic Mexican foods. Mia was able to give her the names and information of different Spanish grocery stores in the Lafayette area. Out of all the places we visited, including mobile home parks and apartments, nobody else provided us with that information. When we asked, they said they didn't think there were any. Unfortunately, my job ended up transferring me to the Baton Rouge area where we're at today. We're staying in a mobile home park. It's not the best, but it'll do what it needs to do. My wife asked the management if they had any Spanish grocery stores nearby, and they told her no. She called Mia at Mills earlier today. Mia wasn't sure of any in Baton Rouge, but she said, "Hold on, let's look and see." She was able to help my wife get the addresses, names, and operating hours of the grocery stores. That is above and beyond customer service. I really wish that my job would have kept me in the Lafayette area, but I have been letting everyone I know about Mills Estate Mobile Home Park and their manager, Mia, who takes it a step further for customer service.
