“Aaron was great! So fast not only to get there, but the whole process took about 5 minutes. I had a problem with my car late at night at a business and had asked the establishment if I could leave my car overnight and get it towed the next day. They called the next morning saying they actually needed it towed within the next hour because it was blocking where their delivery truck parks. I called triple A and they quoted me at 75-90 minutes, but when we called Scooby Towing, and explained the situation, they said “no problem, we be there in less than 30 minutes for you” 10/10 all around.”

“I had an accident and my vehicle had to be impounded at Rick Stone. It stayed there for quite a while before I could get the money together, but they were always very nice and they were worked with me very well and even helped me to save just a bit to help out in these this hard economic period we all face. It was very neat clean and organized of a business and it actually looks like my vehicle came out cleaner on the outside than it did go in and lol. Very quick and easy service to retrieve your vehicle after it's been continuous storage. They deserve a five-star.”

“This company saved me! When my vehicle fuel pump stoped middle of interstate 3 hours into a 13 hour road trip I was stranded on side of the road with 3 kids. I called over 10 companies they were closed or had trucks out to far from my location. This was the only company to come and give me a tow! Sometimes we forget it’s the little company who can save us in a difficult situation, I will be forever thankful for your kindness, willing to help & fast service.”
“I had 4 kids with me when our suv was towed. I paid for the spot and even paid for an additional hr, just to assure that we wouldn’t be towed. Lo and behold we were towed anyway for absolutely no reason & just left sitting in a dark parking lot downtown. I spoke to 3 different people within the company & no one seemed to have any sort of answers, much less even care at all AND I was told that it would cost almost $300 to get our suv back. After finally making it back home the owner called me apologizing for the whole situation & saying that "he doesn’t like how the situation was handled” & how he wanted to make things right. “I can not express how much I was helped and treated with much kindness when my RV needed valve stem extensions on both rear tires after driving it from PA to LA and having to buy 6 new tires and continued to have air not holding in one of my rear inside tire. Jessica went out of her way to find the extensions and when she did got me in ASAP. She was so kind and caring and the mechanic was so very kind. After the extensions were replaced it’s amazing how “ Micky Mouse” the ones that were on and the new ones Billy Thibodeaux’s replaced them with is how they should have been to begin with. I want to thank everyone for all the support and help I received and my tires are holding up great
