“Travis worker on 70th street location really goes beyond to help his customers and find the right part for there cars. I’ve been having issues with my car and he was able to help find many parts I needed and show many more ways to fix things. I just love his customer service. I only deal with him when going into the store . The others just make fun of customers getting help from him and i don’t like it . If they beyond to help like he does they wouldn’t be so worried about how much he help customers. Travis is the best worker I done came across by far. He’s the only reason I’m writing this review.”

“I recently had my iPhones’ battery replaced at Battery’s Plus. It’s my second time using them for this type service. Prices are always very reasonable and the quality of work is great. Counter person was very friendly too. The battery replacement took under 30 minutes. I’m quite pleased and definitely recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their phone.”

“Krystal and Alec are THE BEST! A "check engine" light came on and I went in to ask questions. They were super helpful and showed me that my car was out of brake fluid. They helped me refill my brake fluid and then gave me guidance on what to tell my mechanic when I get my car serviced. “I have felt like there is no such thing as customer service nor does anyone like smiling anymore when walk into any store. I get we are all going thru something in our lives some harder than others, myself as it is pretty hard. Won't go into my sad story or tell you all the details I would be writing a novel instead of a review. This is already long winded as it is. But couple little examples storm had come thru causing a lot of damage and destruction to a lot of people self included. My car now having issues being older single woman with very limited income, having to try really hard to keep it together. A simple smile hello can really help someone and today two of your employees did that for me Liz and Branden. Not only did they have nice smiles they went above and beyond helping me find part I needed. “Great prices, plenty of options, and the staff is great. I went in for a few different batteries for my boat and had specific batteries in mind. One staff member was very knowledgeable of continuous trolling and showed me some batteries better suited for the purpose and saved me a ton of money. Three years later, they're still going strong.
