Brookshire's is a full-service supermarket focused on excellent customer service. This location is described as a very nice and clean store that is convenient. Experiences with staff are hit or miss, sometimes really nice and helpful and other times short, with an attitude. The friendly service is not what it once was, with very few people getting help carrying their groceries to the car. Working help is very short at the store.
The pharmacy service receives mixed feedback. It is used by customers, but the service windows for pickups have terrible service with long wait times. It is also out of medicines way too often, which affects the customer needing their medicine. The store offers quality meats hand-cut in store daily, fresh produce, and full service deli and bakeries. It remains a busy community location.
Good little store to pick up a few things. Selection is a bit less than it is at the larger stores. People are generally nice. At least I don't have to fight off a huge crowd of people to walk around and get what I need. It seems to be a bit more expensive than other stores in the area though.
