“Hands down the best place in shreveport to get glasswork done! i’ve been multiple times and they’re friendly, professional, and knowledgeable! Plan on getting any future work done here!”
“I cannot say enough great things about my experience with this company. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with professionalism, kindness, and exceptional customer service. They took the time to carefully inspect the rock chip in my windshield, explained the repair process in detail, and answered all of my questions, which gave me complete confidence in their work.
The repair was completed much faster than I expected, and the results were outstanding. The rock chip is barely noticeable, and I am so impressed with the quality of the repair. It's clear that they take great pride in their craftsmanship and genuinely care about providing excellent service to their customers.
What stood out to me the most was their honesty, attention to detail, and commitment to doing the job right. They didn't try to sell me services I didn't need—they simply focused on providing the best solution at a fair price. It's refreshing to find a business that values integrity and treats its customers with such respect.
The entire experience was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I left knowing my windshield was repaired correctly and that my safety was a priority. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone who needs a rock chip or windshield repair. If you're looking for quality workmanship, honest pricing, and outstanding customer service, look no further. Thank you for such an amazing experience. I will definitely return if I ever need your services again and will happily recommend you to my family and friends!”
“I have been here several times and have always gotten excellent service. My latest visit was for a replacement drivers side window for my Camry. It was replaced in less time than they quoted me even though they were extremely busy and the window looks great! Very reasonable prices as well.”
“Been doing business with
Novus glass since the day they opened . Always been a great experience with professional service. Timely with their commitments and at a fair price. You will be pleased you visited.”
“Nothing is free except….at Xpress it might be. I visited the car wash one evening this week and when the guy told me the system was down, I was momentarily bummed because my car really needed a wash. I even offered to pay with cash but he told me it was on the house. WOW!! Thanks for the great service.”
“The owner is extremely nice and honest. My AC broke and his team took care of it the same day. I had such a great experience I’m now going to do all of my car maintenance here! Highly recommend to anybody looking to get their car fixed!”

“In my line of work, we damage windshields on a weekly basis and Novus has always been able to keep up with the high demand. Trey the sales rep has gone out of his way on many occasions to help keep my tight deadlines. The service is great, quality is great, I 100% recommend this company.”
“Glass Doctor is the expert in this area when it comes to glass replacement and repair, both auto and home glass. So knowledgeable of the repairs needed to replace glass in automobiles. I had my front windshield replaced, and the service was excellent. I've referred them to clients and they were very pleased with Glass Doctor's service as well.”
“Jeff and his team were great. Repairs took awhile after a serious hailstorm. They stayed in touch the entire time to make sure I was tracking. They went above and beyond cleaning, washing and even detailing my car before returning it. Absolutely great team. Even while working with internet and phone outages the team took care of me throughout the entire process.”

“Excellent, friendly service. They truly made my day. Had a walk-in chip repair that was beginning to fracture. The repair was done quick and efficiently. I seriously could not even tell the chip was even there after repairing—that is how great they are. I have used this establishment for many years now. I will continue to use and HIGHLY recommend.”
“The overpricing may not be their fault, but $400 was to much in my opinion. Person came to my residence and replaced windshield. Very professional and nice! Great look for the company!”
