“This has to be the BEST Dollar Tree in Shreveport! The ones in Bossier and on N Market are a mess! They are nasty and unorganized! But this one is clean, organized, and there are NOT boxes everywhere waiting to be unloaded! The employees are nice and helpful and actually speak to you. I am thoroughly impressed!”

“I left a bag of things I had just bought, and asked the teller if I could leave it near her while I looked for my friend. There was a ordeal as he checked out and I was so mad, I forgot my bag. I've been calling and left messages and I haven't received a call yet. I'm very disappointed in them. They are usually on top of everything.”

They make sure you are finding everything you need, although it’s just these too ladies that I’ve noticed above all else the store is clean and organized the customer service is top notch! Erica(name was on receipt)needs a spot award? for running this store with above expectations? of being a clerk. Came in on Wed Oct 8, around 730pm, line was about 10 deep, this lady is running 2 cashiers and not skipping a beat!? We was waited on with her sweet personality and out the door less than 2 min per customer! Cash on one register, card on other and she was so polite and kind! I know she might be accustomed to this, but this store BEST know who she is and the value she brings to this location! I'm from Houston and this made my day meeting her today! Take care this sweet lady! She's the one who's keeping customer coming back! ?

“I find some of the reviews on this place a bit odd. This is a Goodwill outlet bins store. It's supposed to be unorganized, and you dig through it.
Items are bought by the pound and it's a great way to find stuff super cheap. The more poundage of items you buy, the cheaper it is per pound. Books are super cheap and great for picking up odd and end children's books.
Overall, I recommend people try this one out and see if they like it. The only thing I would suggest is bring gloves.”

“That stores gives a great impression on people from out of town, that stay in the surrounding hotels, that may shop there! There hasn’t been 1 time that I have been there that it was messy. They are very well stocked! The manager runs a good and polite crew! At least I see the politeness when I stop in which is 3-5 times a week on my way to work! I must say I haven’t been in any other locations that are like this one anywhere else in Shreveport!”

“Employees are not racist I know lady with black hair has mixed children so pretty sure she is being judged. I am a server and pretty sure a few reviews are made by individuals whom are refused service due to laws workers must obey or face charges if caught. So many times I have been cussed out for iding guest who claim to be grown. Apparently they are not adults from the temper tantrums they display. I don't go to this location often but I do leave with a smile. For the record I have seen employees getting beverages from fountain machine will update my next visit if it dispense alcohol and soda. I am guessing for now it probably is non alcoholic soda water.”
