“This Dollar General store is one of my favorite places to shop. It's a very well-run store. The manager and her staff are both friendly and helpful. They also run some good deals on different items practically every week.I would highly recommend this store.”

“I recently visited this Dollar General location and had a great overall experience. The store is convenient for quick trips, especially when you just need everyday essentials like snacks, cleaning supplies, or basic household items.
The prices are one of the biggest advantages—most items are affordable, and it’s easy to grab what you need without spending too much. Customer service was one of the best by far. The store is always super busy but the staff working there are polite when I interacted with them. Checkout was fairly quick, which is always a plus.
Overall, Dollar General is a good option for convenience and budget-friendly shopping. It’s one of the more organized and cleanest Dollar General’s

“This is my favorite Family Dollar in the whole world. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they don't mind helping you even when they're busy trying to put stock away. The cashiers are so fast, the line might be long but you won't have to stand there very long. They don't ever seem to make mistakes either.
They have a pretty good selection of stuff for a Family Dollar. Great prices too.”

“This is a great store in an even greater area and I can see the potential in the area and the space but management needs to be trained and or replaced. I see this Everytime I come here.This store is a danger zone and a lawsuit waiting to happen. If I was the dm I'd take a week and clean this store up, rezone it, and train management on people's skills and knowledge of the company and what's required of him. I'm a experienced store manager that has worked at stores that does 20x the business of this store and kept them up to and beyond spec. And this store is way below spec. Everything is everywhere. And management is not attempting to do anything. This just didn't happen, closing at nite the store is to be zoned and opening. So no one is working ? Just contact me I will fix it if you need the help.”

“Yesterday l was running errands with a friend. I needed to go to Dollar General. When l got inside and looking in coolers l noticed how full and organized they were. I went down where the cleaning orasupplies and landuary detergent was. I could not believe my eyes all the shelves were stock, they were organized and there were no carts full of boxes in my way or for me to trip on. I could reach whatever l wanted. They weren't out of half there store. Like someone must have known how to order the products they sale. It was very clean and smelled good. When l went to check out, the employees were so nice and helpful. I was shocked and impressed. It has been years since l have had that kind of shopping experience in a dollar store. Or a Walmart either. So to the Manager and all your employees. Your Pride and Hard work was shining for everyone to see. You should be so proud of yourself. I would give you 100 if l could.Visit 2853 Jewella Rd. Thank yall!!”

Erica(name was on receipt)needs a spot award? for running this store with above expectations? of being a clerk. Came in on Wed Oct 8, around 730pm, line was about 10 deep, this lady is running 2 cashiers and not skipping a beat!? We was waited on with her sweet personality and out the door less than 2 min per customer! Cash on one register, card on other and she was so polite and kind! I know she might be accustomed to this, but this store BEST know who she is and the value she brings to this location! I'm from Houston and this made my day meeting her today! Take care this sweet lady! She's the one who's keeping customer coming back! ?

“This is not an extreme accurate rating, being we all just got over this winter freeze. However, based on just today, they had what i needed and were in the process of stocking. The cashier didn't ring all of my stuff up and I had to pay more taxes. She assumed the stuff next to my stuff belonged to the person behind me. But not a bad day.”

“This has to be the BEST Dollar Tree in Shreveport! The ones in Bossier and on N Market are a mess! They are nasty and unorganized! But this one is clean, organized, and there are NOT boxes everywhere waiting to be unloaded! The employees are nice and helpful and actually speak to you. I am thoroughly impressed!”
