Erica(name was on receipt)needs a spot award? for running this store with above expectations? of being a clerk. Came in on Wed Oct 8, around 730pm, line was about 10 deep, this lady is running 2 cashiers and not skipping a beat!? We was waited on with her sweet personality and out the door less than 2 min per customer! Cash on one register, card on other and she was so polite and kind! I know she might be accustomed to this, but this store BEST know who she is and the value she brings to this location! I'm from Houston and this made my day meeting her today! Take care this sweet lady! She's the one who's keeping customer coming back! ?

“Had to run in looking for some quick things to grab. It was dirty but overall well stocked and fast to check out. Friendly wouldn't be a way to describe the cashier but I was able to get in and out. So that was my main focus.”

“This is definitely one of the best Family Dollar stores I have been to! I think it was also bigger as well & the clearance section was a whole aisle; I didn't want to leave.... unfortunately my ride had to be somewhere but I could have stayed all day & i'm bummed I didn't get to check out the whole store so I cannot wait to go back!”

“This is a great store in an even greater area and I can see the potential in the area and the space but management needs to be trained and or replaced. I see this Everytime I come here.This store is a danger zone and a lawsuit waiting to happen. If I was the dm I'd take a week and clean this store up, rezone it, and train management on people's skills and knowledge of the company and what's required of him. I'm a experienced store manager that has worked at stores that does 20x the business of this store and kept them up to and beyond spec. And this store is way below spec. Everything is everywhere. And management is not attempting to do anything. This just didn't happen, closing at nite the store is to be zoned and opening. So no one is working ? Just contact me I will fix it if you need the help.”
“That stores gives a great impression on people from out of town, that stay in the surrounding hotels, that may shop there! There hasn’t been 1 time that I have been there that it was messy. They are very well stocked! The manager runs a good and polite crew! At least I see the politeness when I stop in which is 3-5 times a week on my way to work! I must say I haven’t been in any other locations that are like this one anywhere else in Shreveport!”

“This has to be the BEST Dollar Tree in Shreveport! The ones in Bossier and on N Market are a mess! They are nasty and unorganized! But this one is clean, organized, and there are NOT boxes everywhere waiting to be unloaded! The employees are nice and helpful and actually speak to you. I am thoroughly impressed!”
