“MY TAKE ~ It's close to our house, so it is very convenient, esp. when you don't want to walk all the way to the back of W-Mart to get milk or loaf of bread. The customer service has always been more than satisfactory and friendly, especially helpful when a nice young mngr. let my little girl use the restrooms that I was told were not open to the public. That was a great help and most appreciated! The store is also not messy and confusing, like a lot of other budget stores. It's normally neat with products organized and easily are accessible. It's nice that they accept EBT cards and Medicaid's Program that gives you a Louisiana HealthCard, like a rewards card for $ earned by making regularly scheduled DR appts for you and your child.They also have prepaid cards for purchase as well as Netspend reload pks to reload cash on your Netspend card, have Western Union Services, and some Bill Pay Services.. I am not sure about Dollar Gen., but Big Lots does have a few good brands. They are just far away from me. - Jessica S.”

“They are remodeling to make everything with new prices , like today I found stuff from 1.25 thru $5 but everything cleaner than before and more stuff on place so I dont complaint about the increase on the prices, the stuff is so friendly they always welcome you and always ready to help. I prefer this store than others because of that.My kid enjoys to talk with all of them and they are always nice with her....so both of us love specially this place because of all of that”

“This is not an extreme accurate rating, being we all just got over this winter freeze. However, based on just today, they had what i needed and were in the process of stocking. The cashier didn't ring all of my stuff up and I had to pay more taxes. She assumed the stuff next to my stuff belonged to the person behind me. But not a bad day.”

“This is a great store in an even greater area and I can see the potential in the area and the space but management needs to be trained and or replaced. I see this Everytime I come here.This store is a danger zone and a lawsuit waiting to happen. If I was the dm I'd take a week and clean this store up, rezone it, and train management on people's skills and knowledge of the company and what's required of him. I'm a experienced store manager that has worked at stores that does 20x the business of this store and kept them up to and beyond spec. And this store is way below spec. Everything is everywhere. And management is not attempting to do anything. This just didn't happen, closing at nite the store is to be zoned and opening. So no one is working ? Just contact me I will fix it if you need the help.”

Hires the friendliest staff that always assist me and others by always asking if it's anything they can help me find in store. I can always purchase what I need and being able to get in and out. Every single time I go into this store, I always see Natalie, the store manager busy working. I shop there 4-5 days a week. She is very loyal and dedicated well as nice and polite every time I come in. She's why I hardly shop at Wal-Mart anymore. Thanks”

“Youree/Stratmore--Family Dollar--store was pretty clean, young lady greeted me. Found almost everything I needed. I do need medical gloves (size L & XL), maybe they'll get some. Still Covid & sick people, caregivers & family still have to be careful. The dairy, frozen food section is better, more variety, choice.”

But this one is clean, organized, and there are NOT boxes everywhere waiting to be unloaded! The employees are nice and helpful and actually speak to you. I am thoroughly impressed!”
