I then was able to shop for action figures and found some amazing deals on Marvel Legends and even found a Dungeon & Dragons Bugbear figure at an awesome price. Love Ollie's and this location is definitely worth a visit... still another awesome trip.”

“This has to be the BEST Dollar Tree in Shreveport! The ones in Bossier and on N Market are a mess! They are nasty and unorganized! But this one is clean, organized, and there are NOT boxes everywhere waiting to be unloaded! The employees are nice and helpful and actually speak to you. I am thoroughly impressed!”

“I left a bag of things I had just bought, and asked the teller if I could leave it near her while I looked for my friend. There was a ordeal as he checked out and I was so mad, I forgot my bag. I've been calling and left messages and I haven't received a call yet. I'm very disappointed in them. They are usually on top of everything.”
“I recently visited this Dollar General location and had a great overall experience. The store is convenient for quick trips, especially when you just need everyday essentials like snacks, cleaning supplies, or basic household items.
The prices are one of the biggest advantages—most items are affordable, and it’s easy to grab what you need without spending too much. Customer service was one of the best by far. The store is always super busy but the staff working there are polite when I interacted with them. Checkout was fairly quick, which is always a plus.

“Yesterday l was running errands with a friend. I needed to go to Dollar General. When l got inside and looking in coolers l noticed how full and organized they were. I went down where the cleaning orasupplies and landuary detergent was. I could not believe my eyes all the shelves were stock, they were organized and there were no carts full of boxes in my way or for me to trip on. I could reach whatever l wanted. They weren't out of half there store. Like someone must have known how to order the products they sale. It was very clean and smelled good. When l went to check out, the employees were so nice and helpful. I was shocked and impressed. It has been years since l have had that kind of shopping experience in a dollar store. Or a Walmart either. So to the Manager and all your employees. Your Pride and Hard work was shining for everyone to see. You should be so proud of yourself. Erica(name was on receipt)needs a spot award? for running this store with above expectations? of being a clerk. Came in on Wed Oct 8, around 730pm, line was about 10 deep, this lady is running 2 cashiers and not skipping a beat!? We was waited on with her sweet personality and out the door less than 2 min per customer! Cash on one register, card on other and she was so polite and kind! I know she might be accustomed to this, but this store BEST know who she is and the value she brings to this location! I'm from Houston and this made my day meeting her today! Take care this sweet lady! She's the one who's keeping customer coming back! ?

“Had to run in looking for some quick things to grab. It was dirty but overall well stocked and fast to check out. Friendly wouldn't be a way to describe the cashier but I was able to get in and out. So that was my main focus.”

“I find some of the reviews on this place a bit odd. This is a Goodwill outlet bins store. It's supposed to be unorganized, and you dig through it.
Items are bought by the pound and it's a great way to find stuff super cheap. The more poundage of items you buy, the cheaper it is per pound. Books are super cheap and great for picking up odd and end children's books.
Overall, I recommend people try this one out and see if they like it. The only thing I would suggest is bring gloves.”

“That stores gives a great impression on people from out of town, that stay in the surrounding hotels, that may shop there! There hasn’t been 1 time that I have been there that it was messy. They are very well stocked! The manager runs a good and polite crew! At least I see the politeness when I stop in which is 3-5 times a week on my way to work! I must say I haven’t been in any other locations that are like this one anywhere else in Shreveport!”
