“I recently became a notary and had documents to ship for a company. They sent a UPS label, and honestly, the moment I saw it was UPS, I cringed a little because I had not been very impressed with some of the UPS Stores I’d dealt with in Shreveport and Bossier.

But today completely changed my perspective. For the first time, I walked into a store where the staff was incredibly organized, hardworking, professional, and genuinely helpful. It was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.

And thank goodness, because I also own stock in UPS and had seriously started wondering if I needed to cash it out. This store absolutely renewed my faith in UPS. Great franchise owners and employees really do make all the difference!”

Tyler helped me and I explained that these items were precious to me and his did the most AMAZING job packing these items!! I COULD NOT be happier with the service he provided!! He quickly found the problem, which at first sight seemed unsolvable. However, he quickly found a work around and stayed with me until the task was completed.
