He quickly found the problem, which at first sight seemed unsolvable. However, he quickly found a work around and stayed with me until the task was completed.

I sell homes and customer service is everything and this lady named Tamisha Chambers went way above and beyond to not only find my package that had my old address on it. Which was my fault. But she found it, Had it brought back to their office on 2122 Greenwood Rd in Shreveport and fixed my address on two packages and got them sent to me!! Like she called me for the correct address. She deserves reward and a raise !!! Not many folks talk and treat you like this anymore. Especially when it comes to delivering packages!! Even asked me how my day was. Now that’s special!
