“I recently became a notary and had documents to ship for a company. They sent a UPS label, and honestly, the moment I saw it was UPS, I cringed a little because I had not been very impressed with some of the UPS Stores I’d dealt with in Shreveport and Bossier.
But today completely changed my perspective. For the first time, I walked into a store where the staff was incredibly organized, hardworking, professional, and genuinely helpful. It was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
And thank goodness, because I also own stock in UPS and had seriously started wondering if I needed to cash it out. This store absolutely renewed my faith in UPS. Great franchise owners and employees really do make all the difference!”

“Chris was so helpful, friendly, and made my day! I was trying to mail a small package to Germany and UPS wanted my ssn which I thought was strange and I didn't feel comfortable with that. FedEx wouldn't mail it because the zipcode didn't auto fill with the city in their computer system. So I came to DHL and they shipped my package with just basic contact info needed. My friend will get her package in two days and I am thrilled! Will always come here first when needing to ship internationally. Thank you, Chris!”

“I would like to complement one of your associates at this store whose name I believe is Caleb. He saw I was having a problem downloading a PDF which I required to be laminated. He quickly found the problem, which at first sight seemed unsolvable. However, he quickly found a work around and stayed with me until the task was completed.
