“I recently became a notary and had documents to ship for a company. They sent a UPS label, and honestly, the moment I saw it was UPS, I cringed a little because I had not been very impressed with some of the UPS Stores I’d dealt with in Shreveport and Bossier.
But today completely changed my perspective. For the first time, I walked into a store where the staff was incredibly organized, hardworking, professional, and genuinely helpful. It was some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
And thank goodness, because I also own stock in UPS and had seriously started wondering if I needed to cash it out. This store absolutely renewed my faith in UPS. Great franchise owners and employees really do make all the difference!”

“I would like to complement one of your associates at this store whose name I believe is Caleb. He saw I was having a problem downloading a PDF which I required to be laminated. He quickly found the problem, which at first sight seemed unsolvable. However, he quickly found a work around and stayed with me until the task was completed.

“I do not know why this store doesn’t have 5 stars. I sell homes and customer service is everything and this lady named Tamisha Chambers went way above and beyond to not only find my package that had my old address on it. Which was my fault. But she found it, Had it brought back to their office on 2122 Greenwood Rd in Shreveport and fixed my address on two packages and got them sent to me!! Like she called me for the correct address. She deserves reward and a raise !!! Not many folks talk and treat you like this anymore. Especially when it comes to delivering packages!! Even asked me how my day was. Now that’s special! Thank you Tamisha!!!!!”
