When I arrived she was working the store alone and there were 3 other customers before me with lengthy issues, I was just amazed at her patience and friendliness throughout every encounter. Watching her resolve everyone else’s issue made me wait patiently for my turn. I was there to get my daughter’s replacement phone setup and she took the initiative to explain my bill & how something wasn’t right with me having 4 lines, and sure enough I had been overcharged all this time due to my plans not being setup properly, never was receiving my 4 line discount! “Recently switched to Cricket and I went into this store to do so. Brian the store manager was a huge help and had a great attitude. Very personable and upbeat even with all the trouble we had switching my number over due to my previous carrier. We even had to call Cricket’s help line and Xfinity’s help line to get the number transferred and he was informative and funny the whole time. Thanks Brian! Loving my service and price.”

“I recently visited this AT&T store during a very difficult and unexpected transition in my personal life. I came in hoping to be removed from an existing account and establish service on my own. Unfortunately, because I was only listed as an authorized user and not the primary account holder, the process wasn’t quite as simple as I had hoped, and I essentially had to start over.
What could have been an incredibly stressful experience was made so much easier because of the kindness, patience, and compassion I received from Jey. He took the time to understand my situation, walked me through my options, and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get connected again.
It may have just been another day at work for him, but for me, his kindness genuinely mattered. I was already dealing with a hurtful and emotional situation, and being treated with such consideration made the entire process feel a little less overwhelming.

“Came into upgrade our phones the service was great! The store was clean and smelled terrific! Aimee greeted us immediately and took care of everything. We went to the Youree dr location first and were ignored by at least 5 employees that were all hanging around a table talking like no customers were in the store.
