“Awesome experience in the store, I've never been in a journeys before but I saw the kind of shoe I liked right in the front window. I don't know if I'm allowed to say names or not but Drewseilla (the manager) was very kind and helped order me some vans for school because they didn't have my size (big feet lol) and said if they don't fit I could return them and swap them out for store credit or swap for a shoe that does fit. And while me and my mom were here picked out another pair of shoes(for my brother) and she went in the back and like magic had the size. Also got a neat backpack. Thanks!”
“This place does have a large selection and good prices. I found a cute pair of booties for $5. However, we can came to the store this afternoon and the system was down so the store was closed with a posted handwritten sign.. We left. I called back about 30 minutes later and asked if the system was still down. The representative said it was up. We just went again at 3:20pm to find another handwritten sign that read:; "Will return in 30 minutes ". Nontime left so we jave no idea when the 30 minutes would be up. Two other cars pulled up during the 12 minutes we sat there. I will have to give it some time and go back for a THIRD try today.”

I ended up going back a 2nd time, and a lady assisted me when looking for size 12 formal shoe wear for ladies. I could only say.....THAT WAS NOBODY BUT GOD!!!!! Someone returned a pair which was just for us.”
