“Friendly Staff and a Great Addition to Our Community
I am so thankful TJ Maxx has a store in nearby Zachary. Before, I would have to drive all the way to Baton Rouge and deal with traffic just to pick up a few items. Having this location so close to St. Francisville has made such a difference.
The store is clean, organized, and the staff is always friendly. During my visit on Saturday, the sweet lady working in the dressing room area noticed my boyfriend and I were unsure about the fit of some slacks and jeans he was trying on. She offered her opinion and had some really helpful suggestions. It made the experience so much easier and more enjoyable.
We also had a nice conversation about her son who once played in Southern’s band, which made the whole interaction feel very personal and welcoming. It truly felt like being part of a community.
When we checked out, Angela at the register was just as kind and friendly. I mentioned how happy I was that this store is here, and she encouraged me to leave a review. I am more than happy to do so.
This location has been such a great addition to the area, and I really appreciate everyone who made it a reality.”

We stopped in to pick up ice cream for our book club meeting, and it was easy to find what we needed and get back on our way. “Absolute best store for children and teens and honestly has some cool stuff adults would like too. It feels like you're stepping into a candy store (they totally have tons of novelty candy) but with awesome toys priced at 5 dollars! They do have a section of things that is higher priced but reasonable but everything else is 5 bucks or less. Sometimes 5 bucks is too much for something small but for most of the items in there it's a steal. It's very easy to spend way too much time and money in there. But for a quick gift for holidays, birthdays or even just as a sweet gesture, it's a one stop shop for all things awesome.”
