“mr billy (Sam Elliot is what I call him ) is always very honest & helpful . I see the one other review says he wasn't friendly however I can tell you he is very friendly just a little dry. there are many diff personalities in the world. if we were the same it would be so boring ! he's a hardworking honest man. as far as pricing goes... he's not a big box store so he can't be as low. however I find his prices to be right in line with every other feed store in this area. honesty goes a long way so I'm a repeat customer as I know he will not sell me anything he doesn't believe in.”

Both were well educated of where things were and even had to pull items off the top shelf to fill my order. Thank you both for making my shopping ? experience pleasant. I wish I could have customer service like this everywhere I shop. It's easy to return items too.”
