“I’m so happy with my experiences every time I come here. Always so polite, greeted with a smile, and never any negative ‘vibes’. I had an issue this go around. No one’s fault, accidents happen. I was nervous, non confrontational type and it was fixed with a soft spoken voice and smile. I am so impressed by the humanity of these workers. “A package was misplaced, actually it was lost, kept showing up as "waiting for delivery scan". The lady behind the counter was surprised as I was that we haven't received it yet. I was asked to wait while she brought this to the attention of the Postmaster. The postmaster did some checking and rather than give me some lame choices he immediately typed a detailed letter to the company admitting the fault of the Post Office for the lost package so that I could send it in to the company to get reimbursed. Things were handled properly and I was pleased. I am proud of the way our Sulphur Post Office conducted business that day.”
