“A package was misplaced, actually it was lost, kept showing up as "waiting for delivery scan". The lady behind the counter was surprised as I was that we haven't received it yet. I was asked to wait while she brought this to the attention of the Postmaster. The postmaster did some checking and rather than give me some lame choices he immediately typed a detailed letter to the company admitting the fault of the Post Office for the lost package so that I could send it in to the company to get reimbursed. Things were handled properly and I was pleased. I am proud of the way our Sulphur Post Office conducted business that day.”
