“A well stocked store for the size it was. I called to see if I can park to shop there for groceries and they allowed me too. As a truck driver, it's hard to find good places that allow truckers come to shop and I understand the reason from many others leave trash on the ground or in baskets instead of disposing it properly. Being a New Orleans native, I prefer to shop at local small stores then big box brands any day. Thanks again for letting shop at your business.”

“The huge local seeded watermelon was $9.99 and it was perfectly sweet and ripe. The local produce is great and they have a great selection of food in general. I appreciate the different salsa options in comparison to Champagnes Marche in Leonville.”

“This particular one is at the top of my list of grocery stores. I will drive out of my way to get items from here. It’s always clean and organized. There is always someone near to help. Sundays are my usual day to shop and even when busy you are usually out in a decent amount of time.”

“Super1, unlike it's competition, is a big franchise company with a small hometown store feel. The atmosphere gives me a sense of comfort reminiscent to walking into my grandfather's store after school. The staff makes you feel like family always happy to lend you a helping hand. Most of all the quality of the products the best hands down. Super1 has become my go to market for groceries without a doubt.”

“Mire's grocery is a nice little throwback to the good ol days before this terminal inflation. A place where you get bigger servings than you pay for, AND the food is really good. This is my first experience here, and I'll definitely be coming back. I had the cowboy burger and it's one of the best burgers in the area. The meat is well seasoned throughout, but without overworking the meat so it isn't "spongy". I made the mistake of ordering a large fry thinking it would be a typical large, but I was wrong. Like I said before, you get way more than you pay for.The staff are super friendly and helpful, again, just a nice throwback to when customer service was a priority. I really hope this place does well because I'll definitely enjoy every visit. Give them a try, I feel confident you'll be glad you did.”

“Timmy's (local tag) still offering competitive diesel prices, icy cold beer or Stella Luna wine, hot boudin & cracklins, mower oil, JB weld, propane, and, Mon-Fri, if you make it before they sell-out, succulent plate lunches. (courtesy of "G" )They close early (8pm sharp), so don't delay because if you've got no credit card (no prepaid) you'll be stuck at pump at 8:01pm.”

“Our Mother was at home following an outpatient surgery and unable to drive to Rod’s for a rotisserie chicken. We contacted Rod’s from Pennsylvania and spoke with Ashley who transferred the call to Paul. Both Ashley and Paul are exceptionally kind people who went out of their way to provide the help that we requested. Again, We Thank you both very much. ??”

“It's the typical convienient store that does NOT have gasoline. Its good for what they sell, which is wraps and blunts, along worth three typical drinks (sodas, juices, and waters) , along with three usual sn8acks (like chips, candies, and cookies).”

“They're meat department is hands down, superb! The sausage, lawd Jesus, the sausages. The steens, the honey jalapeño chicken sausage, the honey pork, etc. I throw them on the smoker and the magic happens inside those little casings. Everyone always asks if they're home made. I can't even lie to these people. I tell them where to get em! Also, the rice dressing mix. My wife won't eat any other dressing. They've got a ton of great things. Happy to have them in our town!”

“Best chicken craklen I ever ate. Every piece had meat and skin on it. And flavor that makes you taste buds dance.

Parking: It's a gas station with bigger than usual lot. Steady customers but not more than 5 vehicles at a time . So plenty of parking space.

Kid-friendliness: Very happy people.

Wheelchair accessibility: Like all gas stations.”

“They just changed management as well as the cashier crew and it is very much so recognized. The store just reopened today after a quick remodel. I can hardly wait to check out how it turned out. Before the change of crew, the store was always disorganized and workers weren't trained well in customer service area. So needless to say good job Dollar General in Krotz Springs on the shopping experience there as a whole.”

“Get everything you need from groceries to alcohol, nicotine, to household.. All in one spot for cheap. Your neighborhood convenient store. Not the Mom and pop across the street that will charge you four times as much because they are "the only store around"! Not anymore. Thanks guys!!”
