“I had an issue with the gate code; the lady who assisted me recognized me from many previous visits. Actually, she had a package that was misdelivered and asked if it was in my daughter’s unit. She went out of her way to assist and reassure me that everything was okay. She gets 10 stars!!!”

“If you are in need of storage space, look no further than Melancon’s. These wonderful, Christian ladies took care of my every need. When my husband had unexpected, emergency surgery, they held my unit until I could make arrangements. When we vacated the unit, my furniture was exactly like it was when we moved it there. Every conversation was kind and professional. Overall, service that is rare and very special in today’s world!”

“I’m very happy with the storage facilities. Site is always clean and maintained. Facility is secure with a gate requiring a passcode to enter the facility and passcode entry into the storage building. Easy loading and unloading via the raised unloading dock or the ground ramp. There is always a furniture dolly or flatbed dolly to move your items. The office person has always been reasonable with me. I’ve had several storage at several different chain facilities and this locally owned and operated business is the best one I’ve found.”
