“Called to get a quote about getting my charging port fixed and how long it would take to do, I was told to bring it in to let them look at it and see if it just needed to be cleaned before going forward with the repair. I had recently cleaned it myself but figured I’d bring it in just to see what the conclusion would be and see when I could get it fixed. The guy helping me said he’d take a look at it and clean it up just to see if it would help, he had my phone for about 15 minutes cleaning it with everything he had just to make sure I didn’t need the repair. Turns out I just had a corroded charging pin and he was able to clean it up and send me on my way FREE of charge. Very professional and informative place that I recommend for anyone who needs electronics repaired.”

“Review for: The two young men who work at the Verizon Wireless store were extremely helpful to me in setting up my new phone. One, was the manager, tall, young, Black gentleman, and the other young Latino gentleman. My phone carrier couldn’t help me with a final step due to an issue on my side. So I had to go into a brick and mortar location. They were pleasant, calm, fast and efficient.

“After over 25 years with ATT we went to the ATT store on Magazine with the possible intention to switch to TMobile, however Raychelle made us offers that we could not believe and immediately changed our minds. Raychelle explained the offers we were eligible for with the 55 and over plan for our phones. Additionally we had no intent to change our Internet provider but Raychelle literally made us an offer we could not refuse that saved us over $200 for the plans. Raychelle was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We highly recommend that store and Raychelle.”

“Awesome store?? Got an apple watch and a phone all ready for christmas. The staff is so kind and always help with anything, only store I have seen where I got treated with fast service, good deals and gave out what I needed. Got everything you could want from varieties of phones to airpods super cool. Definitely #1 store in the westbank I live an hour away and I will still go back no matter what. They have an vape store mixed in with the phone store which is nice. Place is super clean everything is organized in their place, its active with good music”
