They are practicing social distancing, 6 feet apart, between customers! There is also a plastic shield that separates the customer from the cashier! Conveniently located "off HWY. 93 N.!!!”

“An absolute culinary wonderland with selection and variety that left me awestruck. The vast array of meats, cheeses, dry goods and produce is dizzying. I felt like a kid in a candy store! The produce is so fresh it looks like it should be in a magazine and they have imported meats, cheeses and ingredients from every corner of the world! Prices are very reasonable for the QUALITY you are receiving. For the people who state the obvious that walmart is cheaper.......... That is like saying you can buy a costco hot dog for less than a dry aged ribeye, no duh. I like fresh, delicious food that is top quality and I am willing to pay more for nutritious and healthy food not completely sourced from China and abused by chemical processing and third world safety inspections. Also unlike walmart every employee I interacted with was super kind and very knowledgable and checkout was a breeze and pleasant. Tell me the last time you went to walmart and you didn't end up bagging your own groceries and being ignored or worse treated like garbage.The bakery is astounding and the deli is incredible. Despite the tremendous quality and selection, prices are very nice. The store was immaculately clean and well organized in every aisle and shopping was a delight. I will only be shopping at this store from now on. I can't wait to try all of the culinary delights Rouses has to offer. Thank you for being so AMAZING!!!”

“Good selection in every dept. Plenty of parking in a well lit area at night. Was happy to see Zum handwash. To my surprise prices were much better than the dollar store not far away. I was surprised to see a salad and soup bar. And large selection of cakes, deli meats and drinks”

“As an "in-store" contract worker, invited in by Walmart for Independent marketing purposes, I had several days to observe how this particular Walmart Neighborhood Market ran. Excellent. Let's start with the thing that customers want to see...cashiers in the checkout lanes. This Walmart had them! Remember when Walmarts everywhere would open up a new lane if there were more than 3 people in line. THIS Walmart STILL does that! And many of the morning employees, no matter what job they are assigned that morning, are cash register trained. So, if the lines start forming, even the managers and floor managers jump in and take a register! These folks are a well oiled machine. Speaking of managers, the ones at this Walmart have excellent people skills. It looks almost effortless, how they get quick, agreeable from their employees. I never heard a harsh word or demeaning criticism. And I never saw a manager stand still, much less sit down or just disappear. Let's talk about the associates at this store. They were smiling 99.9% of the time. Genuinely. And there was no drama among them. They really did like working with each other. This is so rare. Their main focus is the customer, so each associate is trained well to just flow where the need is most. It's a piece of cake to use the self-checkout at this Walmart. If you can't get it, there's an associate right there to help, often even before you ask. The produce section is laid out well, attractive and inviting. From my vantage point, the shelves stay well-stocked. Their pharmacy is run by courteous, efficient and knowledgeable pharmacists and pharmacy workers. The wait time appears to be minimal most times of the day. That's handy when prescriptions are need as quick as possible. Located on one end of the city, this Walmart is situated to cater to senior citizens, families with young children and local college students. It's a great atmosphere at this Walmart and one that would make anyone's trip to the grocery more pleasant than just another errand.”

“After a year of shopping at this Walmart, I can say it's as far as I've had, the best run Walmart I've ever been to, by a mile. A lot nicer, cleaner, and tidier than other ones, and I'll give props to them for that, very surprised by this location. It's still no Target, but not a bad Department store for Thibodaux.”

“Nice store. You can usually find what I need. My only complaint is that this store is ALWAYS ? .Even in winter months, it's overly warm, in this store. Given this store is in South Louisiana where temperatures in the summer are hot and humid. You don't want to shop, in a store, that's hot. My family spends a lot of money in this store. You'd think they could keep their loyal customers cool by turning down the AC.”
