“Good selection in every dept. Plenty of parking in a well lit area at night. Was happy to see Zum handwash. To my surprise prices were much better than the dollar store not far away. I was surprised to see a salad and soup bar. And large selection of cakes, deli meats and drinks”

“Hi my name is Mrs.Akella Larry. This morning I received the greatest customer service from Sandra Ludwis at Rouses 35 off of Franklin Ave. I live a hour away but Ms. Ludwis did not know of that. I need to get my son teacher last minute teacher appreciation gift 🎁 for today and she went over and behind to help me. I ask an employee before her and she said ma’am that’s not my department. Ms. Sandra was my second employee I approach. Her reply was ma’am for a fruit basket 🧺 you have to order 24 hours in advance I reply no problem. She than said ma’am I’ll do it for you can you wait for me to gather all the fresh fruits. This brought so much JOY to me. She stop doing her daily task just to help me. I will ensure you that I will be a continuous shopping at all rouses bc of her hospitality and support. She did everything pleasantly and took her time. I was valued and appreciated. She explained what she was doing to others and they didn’t even respond back yet she stayed positive. I assure you that Ms. Sandra is a valuable employee her integrity and character went a very long way today.

“its a great place me and my buddy axel ride on our bikes to the store every weekend, or every day on a school brake. prices are quite high, and it take a while for them to get a restock on there shelfs, but its a great run to store when you need something, the only thing i think could improve the stores is watch the health of the veggies and fruits or keep them more cooler.”
