“Today we came in to our local AT&T after getting a call from someone from the AT&T sales department. The person on the phone tried to get my grandparents to commit to an internet plan they did not ask for. We decided to come in to the store to figure out what was going on. The sales associate, Jonathan, was very helpful in looking over our account and getting us on the best plan for us. He was very transparent and upfront about everything on our account. I came into the store super frustrated, and he immediately calmed me and assured me that he would do his best to try and help. “I left Cricket to go to Verizon what a mistake Verizon is a big joke and they will rip you off every month I went through aggravation just trying to pay them their my Verizon app don't work most of the time even the nice gentleman at the Belle Chase Cricket store had a hard time trying to get a hold of them my recommendation is to stay with Cricket never had not even one problem with cricket...Very professional very knowledgeable and friendly thank you Cricket”
