“Everything about my experience was great! Nobody wants to have to deal with a shattered car window, especially when it happens late in the evening. 10 minutes after finding the shattered window, I was online with Safelite. Why Safelite? Honestly, it was the commercial jingle I hear daily: "Safelite repair, Safelite replace." My appointment window was 8am - 12pm. Kevin with Safelite called me at 8:30 and said he was on his way. 22 minutes later, he was pulling into my driveway. I was impressed with how professional and knowledgeable he was. He definitely knows his craft. I'd have no hesitation using this company again for my car's glass repairs!”
