“Justin Brown went above and beyond! He walked me through step by step on fixing my phone! I was on the phone with apple for five hours before speaking to Justin and had lost all hope on my phone being fixed. However, Justin helped me in less than 30 minutes and even went out of his way to encourage me there's always a way and to not get discouraged. I appreciate him deeply.
