The first room we were assigned was horrible. It had a bad odor and carpet was filthy. We asked for another room and it was better but carpet needed to be cleaned. Overall cleanliness of the hotel was subpar. The whole hotel needs a deep cleaning.

The best part about our Hilton experience at this location was the restaurant. Their special was a ribeye steak that my husband and I shared and we each got our own sides for small additional price. Janet was our server and was exceptional. What a pleasant surprise to be at Hilton Garden Inn with incredible service.

Here for a work trip and usually I am booked in Hilton garden inns and always have a pleasant experience. This hotel is probably the most unkept Hilton I’ve ever experienced, the smells throughout the room and hallways are disgusting. Rooms are old and not very well maintained.
