“I’m so happy with my experiences every time I come here. Always so polite, greeted with a smile, and never any negative ‘vibes’. I had an issue this go around. No one’s fault, accidents happen. I was nervous, non confrontational type and it was fixed with a soft spoken voice and smile. I am so impressed by the humanity of these workers. “I saw from Amazon usps wouldn't have delivered my package in time from post office to my house.I went up there asking the lady behind the counter if she could help me please.i start a class at 530pm tonight and I need the supplies I ordered.she said she would call me if they have the package and she did.Im sooooo grateful to all persons responsible for me getting my package this morning. “I had been at this location once and mu experience aligned with most of the 1 star reviews here. However, my today's experience was totally the opposite. I saw there were only 2 people in the counter but the line moved on pretty fast. I first noticed the lady in the counter was smiling, which was a good sign, and then it was my turn with the another gentleman. He was very kind and helpful, his name is Mr Gene. Not sure if they have been doing some staff changes based on the reviews here but I'm glad I received a good service today.”
