“Just moved here . I asked to buy beef baloney and they didn’t have any in stock. They had regular bologna but no beef bologna

so I asked the Deli manager to order the beef bologna and they did …..

had it within a couple weeks. I went back to get 2 pounds of the beef bologna

because I eat this during the summer lot easier than cooking.

I live by myself and Bologna cheese sandwiches work for me….. anyway I was having a problem with one of the employees specifically cutting the baloney without the red plastic ,

because this was being used for Subway style sandwiches and not being fried,

the employee refused to remove the plastic first before cutting it ….

I saw what it look like a manager, speaking to a CSM ,so I interrupted them and asked if he was a manager, and he said yes I explained the situation I was having with the deli personnel cutting my baloney,,,, he immediately responded took care of the situation.

The baloney was cut perfectly. The lady behind the deli did an excellent job on slicing the baloney the way, I asked with the exception of the plastic being removed in the beginning of our encounter….

I have no idea why she was having such a hard time understanding you have to remove the plastic first they do it with all their cheese and lunch meat anyway ,,,,,,why is this baloney was a exception to the rules? I’ll never know….

But the manager was very good ,very polite ,very responsive. I asked him to order me Carlo Rossi sangria, which he did now ,I need him to order the white version of moscato sangria by the same company. He is an excellent manager. I would even go as far to say exceptional manager and hope to see one day as the store manager And he was very helpful in meeting my demands and needs. Thank you to that manager from Steve.”

“So nice to be able to get the things that you would be able to get at Walmart without actually having to go to walmart! Plus I know the staff pretty well and everybody there is really nice. The new one across from Brookshire's is modern and clean”

“In the city of Winnfield you are limited on stores that sell alcohol and vapes. Lil Brown Bag is a small gas station/convenience store but they do offer a nice selection of spirits, vapes, kratom and a few other things. The thing that stands out for me about this store is they are always willing to work with you (within reason) to make the sale. While some small businesses may frown on this practice I feel like, at least for this store, it works because it shows that they care about the customer, they want you to leave happy - this in turn keeps you coming back and if stops them from losing the sale. I've encountered different employees over the few times I've stopped in but all of them were friendly and knowledgeable of their products. That's why I keep returning : )”
