Bless you Ms. Alanna Smith. You are the image USPS needs. Strongly suggest Post Masters or higher take notice and give you props you deserve. Lastly…. Perhaps you can train other locations. I live all the way in Delcambre but will come here before I deal with the rude people at Delcambre post office. I don’t mind traveling for good customer service. “I had the easiest experience at this location this week. I havent had to go inside a post office in years. I recently moved and was told to go to the post office to get a key for my mailbox. I called them first. The call was answered and the lady was very patient and nice. Explained that I need to bring my lease and ID, the boxes are rekeyed on Saturdays and I could pick up the key next week. Went in, there were about 7 ppl ahead of me and two people working the counter. They seemed to be very pleasant with everyone there. The wait was not long at all. I chatted with a fellow customer while we waited. My interaction took maybe 3 min and I was again explained the process and all with smiles and friendliness. I was very happy and satisfied with the service. I went in on a Wednesday about 3:30 pm”
