“The reason for my high rating is based on the caring and attentive staff (front desk, house keeping, and breakfast team). Rochika Profit was working the front desk during our stay and deserves special praise for her help enduring the safety of my daughters who she helped get checked in ahead of our arrival. When I called to ask if they could check in with our me since it was late and I wanted a safe space for them - Rochika was happy to help me and she took extra care to place them right next door to our room. Her care continues right through check out. Added bonuses to the care we experienced was the plentiful and good breakfast and the fact that our fur baby could travel with us!”

“Before you start ripping me for giving it 4 stars, hear me out. I read all the reviews on Google and the website. I read that some people had issues with rude staff, dirty rooms, and reservations. This is what I experienced: check-in was smooth without issues, room was NOT dirty, no mold in the shower, no bugs. Bottom line is you know what you are paying for. If you want flawless accommodations, find a Hilton. It's Comfort Inn. I would stay here again. It seems like management took care of the issues.”
