“A good one stop shopping experience. I asked a question of a busy associate and she was uncertain of the answer. Moments later she chased me down elsewhere in the store and answered my question(s) in great detail. I was surprised. Clearly she made some calls and educated herself on the film negative process. She said that she had hoped that she could find me and she did. I was very appreciative of her extra effort to find me PLUS being able to explain the details! I wish I had gotten her name so I could share it with Wal-Mart as she is clearly a very good employee where it matters most - pleasing the customer.”
