They completely handled everything for me, with me no longer needing to even contact the insurance company, providing a rental car and all.Can't wait to see the repairs they do, but so far, highly recommend, as their customer service is amazing.”

“I am an extremely happy customer long story short I just moved into an upstairs apartment and unfortunately, the couch I had originally had was too big to fit through the door. So there I was looking for another couch. I walk through the doors of Rent-A-Center and the first person I spoke with was Chelsea she said don't worry we can help you and pointed out a beautiful set of couches on the website that would be able to fit through the doors of my home, she was a great conversationalist and explained to me the process, she made everything as painless as possible. CJ and George came to deliver the couch. They went up my stairs many times piece by piece to make sure I could have the couches of my dreams. They even put it together for me and put it in the area of my choice. I have a senior dog who can get a bit of anxiety and they treated him in such a lovely manner. They are two very hard-working men and they did it all for me with a smile on their face. I appreciate this crew so very much the customer service is second to none. I would highly suggest this store. I know that I will keep coming to this Rent-A-Center location for my needs because I was treated so well and I truly appreciate the staff for all thier hard work.”

“The manager and rep working the counter at the Bangor International Airport were extremely helpful when another rental company stuck me with a Tesla in an area that had no Tesla chargers, despite them stating there were. The folks not only provide a gas-powered vehicle, but they also gave it to me using a manager's special which saved me a ton!”

“If you run a tuned car and require good fuel like I do, this place has the best quality 93 oct. In town by far.. my data logs back that statement up! Just wish they would get an E85 pump around here seriously sucks driving to Massachusetts every month to meet fuel demands..”

“Service in here is courteous and the car was in excellent condition. During the late fall and winter, it costs only $64 plus 10% sales tax to rent a Toyota Corolla for one day. There are no extra fees, no fine print, and no nonsense. They have a free shuttle that will drive you to and from the rental center. When I scheduled one, it didn’t show up, but oh well. Still an excellent car rental place.”
