“We love Rocky's and prefer to give them our biz over big box stores. So we were happy to see they were selling fresh Xmas trees. The trees were still in their fishnet wrap so we could not get a look prior to purchase, but still wanted to give them our biz. We asked them to add a tree at the register. She did. But when we asked if someone would tie it on car, she said "we don't do that." Okay. Next question, "is there something to tie it down?" Again, "no." I'm not sure whether she assumed we'd buy twine or rope from her, but we said we'd have to go home for it. Still no reaction. We went outside, grabbed a tree and found bits of string on the ground to tie it to our car. The lesson? Don't expect customer service from Rocky's. And buy your tree from one of the many pop-up sellers in Brunswick whose trees are on display and who'll tie it to your car for you. Odd place.”
