“Obsessed with this place! I have a bag and multiple wallets. This is my go to gift for friends. I've had my bag for over a year and it's stayed in great shape. Such a unique bag that makes me feel like I always have a piece of Maine with me! They usually have sales around holidays so look for 10-30% off. You can also order online! I almost forgot - I have a pair of their keds sneakers that I get so many compliments on. I love supporting this local business.”
“I stopped in approximately 3 weeks ago, around October 17th, and purchased the composite toe waterproof work boots (Stock #2240) they had ready for me. The previous version, Stock #2235, is now unfortunately discontinued. It was not waterproof but slightly cooler on their feet and I loved them. But I’m 100% satisfied with the great Customer Service and the high quality work boot I got. My only complaint is not with Redwing Shoes, it is with the company I work for that provides a shoe voucher that helps pay for the work boots, which are required by all employees to work on site, but the voucher dollar amount should definitely be increased by $50.”
“Pretty good experience overall!!! The store was clean with a nice selection. Especially sneakers and cute casual shoes. I found a paid of wbite nikes ive been eyeing online and they were a little cheaper here too which was a nice surprise. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because it took a bit to get someone to grab my size from the back but once they did it was fabulous. Tiffany at the front counter was very sweet and she even complimented my shoe choice hahah”
“The best shoe store I've ever shopped in. Staff were pleasant, but Aaron went above and beyond, trying to get running shoes that would fit my wide feet. A great salesman and a super guy. Shopping there was 1 of the 2 or 3 highlights of my Maine vacation. Too bad South Portland wasn't closer to my home in Nova Scotia.”
“I found vans that I couldn't find at the vans store. There are lots of different kinds of many different brands of shoes! My sister announced that she wanted high top converse a few days before Christmas, I couldn't get them any where else but I was able to find the perfect ones her!”
“Staff is always friendly when they help you. They’ll suggest items if you ask for input. They try to bring a few sizes out if they don’t have yours or if they have personal experience on a shoe you haven’t tried yet.”

“I love shopping here as a health care professional, they have great scrubs, shoes, and other products needed for work. They even have discount programs for the hospitals in the state which was great perk of coming here for work needs. I have only interacted with the female employees here and they are usually enthusiastic about their work and helping customers. I have seen some male employees with poor service but no personal encounters yet. Highly recommend, will be back!”

“They didn't have the size of shoe I needed in store to trade in with the ones I bought from them online. So the associate called all the way to TEXAS to get the size I needed and had them shipped to the store for me to pick up. The Jordan 12's sold out EVERYWHERE quick in grey and white! Definitely greatful he made the calls to find them for me in the size I needed! He went above and beyond. I wish I could remember his name but Thank you thank you thank you!”

“The cashier there has been there a few yrs. Always super helpful and welcoming. I wish the stores had more inventory but its the same everywhere. Prices are sometimes cheaper online so check that. Also they always have coupons in flyers so take advantage of those when you can.”
