Such a unique bag that makes me feel like I always have a piece of Maine with me! They usually have sales around holidays so look for 10-30% off. You can also order online! “I stopped in approximately 3 weeks ago, around October 17th, and purchased the composite toe waterproof work boots (Stock #2240) they had ready for me. The previous version, Stock #2235, is now unfortunately discontinued. It was not waterproof but slightly cooler on their feet and I loved them. But I’m 100% satisfied with the great Customer Service and the high quality work boot I got. My only complaint is not with Redwing Shoes, it is with the company I work for that provides a shoe voucher that helps pay for the work boots, which are required by all employees to work on site, but the voucher dollar amount should definitely be increased by $50.”
“Staff is always friendly when they help you. They’ll suggest items if you ask for input. They try to bring a few sizes out if they don’t have yours or if they have personal experience on a shoe you haven’t tried yet.”

“I just called the J.Jill store in South Portland, ME, to place an order and am compelled to write this review. The J.Jill store is not just a chain store in a mall, but a boutique where Customer Service is top priority. In the 1980s I traveled to Boston and New York City twice a year to buy clothes, and my experience at that time is the same experience I have in your store. The atmosphere and display is that of an exclusive boutique. The Sales Associates are helpful; extremely friendly and are never overbearing; they remember me when I come into the store; they suggest items that I may not notice...in a nutshell, the experience at your store is comparable to that of an exclusive store in New York City and Boston in the 1980s - Excellent in Every Way!! Your store is unique in the era in which we live.”
“The best shoe store I've ever shopped in. Staff were pleasant, but Aaron went above and beyond, trying to get running shoes that would fit my wide feet. A great salesman and a super guy. Shopping there was 1 of the 2 or 3 highlights of my Maine vacation. Too bad South Portland wasn't closer to my home in Nova Scotia.”

“I love shopping here as a health care professional, they have great scrubs, shoes, and other products needed for work. They even have discount programs for the hospitals in the state which was great perk of coming here for work needs. I have only interacted with the female employees here and they are usually enthusiastic about their work and helping customers. I have seen some male employees with poor service but no personal encounters yet. Highly recommend, will be back!”
“Great experience with Keegan the manager. He helped fix an issue with an online order I had. I was sent the wrong size and completely separate shoe from what I ordered by another store. Keegan was not only outstanding with how he was able to fix my issue in store but he is a personable guy that made sure I had the best experience possible while he did it. I’m not a big “leave a review” guy, but he deserves the hype.
I have a pair of the correct shoes on order now, I have faith that this time it will be right.
