“Pretty good experience overall!!! The store was clean with a nice selection. Especially sneakers and cute casual shoes. I found a paid of wbite nikes ive been eyeing online and they were a little cheaper here too which was a nice surprise. The only reason I didn't give five stars is because it took a bit to get someone to grab my size from the back but once they did it was fabulous. Tiffany at the front counter was very sweet and she even complimented my shoe choice hahah”
“This is an amazing store. I went down last week and bought a complete set of cross-country gear. I got home only to realize that the boots didn't fit the skis. I went back today and they figured out the problem. They didn't have the right size ski boot for me, so offered to order it. Before I got partially home I got the call that it had been ordered and they had done an upgrade for me. They are going to ship it to me. Not only that, my husband was buying some golfing items and they gave us 20% off one of those items because of the problem we had had. I would definitely send anybody there. And I will be going back.”

“I've never had 1st class customer service as I have at the Maine mall store. Every time I stop in for custom hats for my business, Tom has helped me and I am honored to have his help. This guy knows his stuff and has helped me design my hats every time. I'd swear he's the owner because he is highly knowledgeable and believes in Customer service. Tom is top knotch. Unfortunately I forgot his name, But the staff needs to be more customer friendly, they never welcomed you to the store ask if you find what you're looking for etc. I see the manager Sam making the effort. And that's why I gave this store 4 stars.”
“I love this store and have visited many times over the years! This year however, I walk with a walker and it is wide as I am. I found it very difficult maneuvering down the aisles. Each one narrowed at one end. My walker would get wedged on displays and I finally had to give up, get help from another customer to unwedge the walker so I could just leave the building. So sad because I love going through this store and seeing all their merchandise! I did end up sending my friend in to pick up what I wanted to buy, so I still shopped, but it would have been nice to be able to do it myself.”

“The cashier there has been there a few yrs. Always super helpful and welcoming. I wish the stores had more inventory but its the same everywhere. Prices are sometimes cheaper online so check that. Also they always have coupons in flyers so take advantage of those when you can.”
