“I needed a pair of sneakers. Popped into famous footwear. 20 minutes. Later, I walked out wearing my new sketchers and new socks. Both on clearance. Good shoe shopping experience. The staff was great very pleasant.”

“The best shoe store I've ever shopped in. Staff were pleasant, but Aaron went above and beyond, trying to get running shoes that would fit my wide feet. A great salesman and a super guy. Shopping there was 1 of the 2 or 3 highlights of my Maine vacation. Too bad South Portland wasn't closer to my home in Nova Scotia.”

“Stopped by Zumiez the other day and Bee was phenomenal! Super helpful, friendly, and patient while I shopped. Management needs to hold onto her—she definitely deserves a raise!”

“I had such a great experience at lululemon thanks to Ryder! He was incredibly helpful, personable, and easy to talk to, which made the whole visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. I really appreciated his kindness and the time he took to help me out. He made a lasting impression, and I hope he gets recognized for the wonderful customer service he provides!”

“I've never had 1st class customer service as I have at the Maine mall store. Every time I stop in for custom hats for my business, Tom has helped me and I am honored to have his help. This guy knows his stuff and has helped me design my hats every time. I'd swear he's the owner because he is highly knowledgeable and believes in Customer service. Tom is top knotch. As an employer in the service industry, I'd say Lids is lucky to have him and he's the kind of employee I search hard for. Thanks Tom!”

“Jacob was very pleasant & helpful, I can't understand why they would move him to another store. The cashier who assisted with cashing out was very nice also. Unfortunately I forgot his name, But the staff needs to be more customer friendly, they never welcomed you to the store ask if you find what you're looking for etc. I see the manager Sam making the effort. And that's why I gave this store 4 stars.”

“This was a delightful experience. The workers were very very chill and helpful. Especially David, David is a goat and helped us out a lot. Me and my friends had a very fun time and I would highly recommend this spot. It’s not just a place to shop, it’s a getaway retreat from the bearings of life. Thank you dicks, you’ve made my year. Shoutout David again, give the guy a raise”
