“I am an extremely happy customer long story short I just moved into an upstairs apartment and unfortunately, the couch I had originally had was too big to fit through the door. So there I was looking for another couch. I walk through the doors of Rent-A-Center and the first person I spoke with was Chelsea she said don't worry we can help you and pointed out a beautiful set of couches on the website that would be able to fit through the doors of my home, she was a great conversationalist and explained to me the process, she made everything as painless as possible. CJ and George came to deliver the couch. They went up my stairs many times piece by piece to make sure I could have the couches of my dreams. They even put it together for me and put it in the area of my choice. I have a senior dog who can get a bit of anxiety and they treated him in such a lovely manner. They are two very hard-working men and they did it all for me with a smile on their face. I appreciate this crew so very much the customer service is second to none. I would highly suggest this store. I know that I will keep coming to this Rent-A-Center location for my needs because I was treated so well and I truly appreciate the staff for all thier hard work.”

“We got in two hours late on Saturday September 6th due to a weather delay and an unintended layover in Albany. I was stressed and tired, not looking for any more delays at the rental car counter. Lo and behold, I was greeted with a bright and genuine smile by the young person at the Hertz desk. They welcomed me at that late hour and processed my rental smoothly. My tension was reduced by the great service and kind demeanor of your team member. It turned around the lousy start to our vacation and got us off to a better start.”
“Picked up our car at the Buffalo NY airport. 2 days later noticed it had bald tires! No stars for them.Avis phone numbers are worthless automation system, or finally reach a representative that is less than helpful. Exchanged our car in Albany, location was in a mall so not easy to find but Rep was very helpful and stayed late to take care of us. Bangor airport was also very helpful returning the car but could use signs directions you to the terminal after parking.”

“If you run a tuned car and require good fuel like I do, this place has the best quality 93 oct. In town by far.. my data logs back that statement up! Just wish they would get an E85 pump around here seriously sucks driving to Massachusetts every month to meet fuel demands..”
