“I highly recommend CVS Specialty Pharmacy. I had an issue in ordering medication. I spoke to quite a few employees all of which were professional, courteous, kind and even sympathetic but unfortunately not In a position to help me. When I finally got through to the correct person they provided me with my medication even though they had to absorb a financial lost. It’s heart warming to have a large company put aside its own needs and help the little guy especially when there’s is no financial benefit for them.”
“I ordered a cake from the bakery for my mothers birthday, I was supposed to pick it up tomorrow but I called an it turned out she had done the cake today, an I was able to pick it up early. When I got there she must've just left, but someone in the deli was happy to grab it for us.
Now when I ordered the cake I just did it through the online, customized order, I put in we'd like flowers and a hummingbird.
Now it's Hannaford right? I didn't have high expectations whatsoever but let me tell you when I say I'm impressed with how this cake came out, that would be an understatement, it's beautiful and my mom, she absolutely loves it 10x more than I do

“When one of my buddies wasn't feeling well while we were in Portland, I made a trip to this Walgreens to get Advil, water, candy and nuts...only the essentials, naturally. The store was clean, well-lit and well-stocked. Prices were reasonable and checkout was fairly quick. There's a parking lot here as well, which is nice because parking in downtown Portland is at a premium! If you have drugstore needs, this is your place.”

“My husband and I have both had not ideal experiences with pharmacies in the past but the staff here is always so respectful. Specifically Truman, he is the man. He puts the T in Trust. He has advocated for us when we have needed assistance with insurance issues without judgement only encouragement and extremely helpful information. We moved farther away from the pharmacy but still make the trip to this location because we know we will be given top notch service. 10/10 for Truman and the staff.”

“The man that checked me out was wonderful. We were traveling from out of state and my little boy lost a tooth. We were in Portland Sunday when no banks were open, and I had no way of getting the traditional tooth fairy gift of a dollar coin for my son. I asked while making my purchases if there was by chance a dollar coin in the register, and the CVS team member went above and beyond to track one down in the back room with the help of his colleague. It made me feel like “mom of the year” to keep the tooth fairy magic alive for my son. It was really a moment that mattered to me, and this location delivered. I was very grateful, and as always appreciate the hours and selection available at CVS as well.”

“I had dropped off some disposable cameras back in January. I called about 2 months later to see if they were developed and a worker told me there had been some nationwide delays due to some of the cameras getting damaged during shipment. I was fine with waiting, but when it hit April and I hadn't heard anything, I showed up to the store to see if they had them yet. Turned out they did, but forgot to call and let me know. Both the manager and store employee were super sweet about it and apologetic and they gave me my photos for free! That kind of customer service is what keeps people coming back regardless of what issues they run into. I forget their names, I think the manager may have been called Derek, but my thanks to them both!”

“I am so happy to have a Hannaford so close to our home. This is a clean, well stocked, with a wide inventory of products. Its even a fun place to shop. The employees are friendly and helpful and the management is as well. I am from a small coastal town in Maine and I feel like this Hannaford offers the same "at home feeling" when I go there. No matter which department you go to or which cashier you go to, they are all well trained and polite (with a little bit of fun tucked in there too). I simply would never shop anywhere else.
