“I just saw the negative review from Chelsea Rodrigue, and I must emphatically disagree. The postmistress at this site works very hard, is usually alone, and is very busy due to a high COVID workload--too busy to run out and lock the door precisely at 4:30 when (as it says ON THE DOOR) the office closes. The fact that she did accept Ms. Rodrigue's package after 4:30, when she could have just refused to do so, is far from 'rude.' To castigate the postmistress as "extremely rude" is completely unfair--isn't it more rude to show up when the office is closed and demand service? The postmistress is always courteous (and working hard) whenever I come in during working hours. Ms Rodrigue, please try giving a little courtesy (by showing up on time) before you rip someone else for 'being rude,' even though they took your package when they were off the clock and under no obligation to do so.”
“I love this post office! They are quick and efficient, and once mail comes from the dreaded “Southern Maine Distribution Center” in Scarborough, who usually hold mail for a week, they deliver the immediate day after! Very happy and they are so wonderful too if you call and enquire about a package’s location. So happy with them!”
“Easy to commute to and no hazards for getting into the store. The other UPS store I go to has stairs and you need to park your vehicle on a steep incline which is inconvenient.”
“My son needed a passport ASAP. I became lost in passport land ... my son has no picture ID and the passport place was less than helpful. We called ithe post office and our appointment was done within 15 minutes! Expedited, affidavit signed (for lack of picture ID). It was worth the $40! We love Robin and the whole crew at Woodbridge Road!”

“Sam was AMAZING to say the least. I thought they closed at 5pm, not 4:30 so i show up at 4:15 and i go in, totally unprepared with a bunch of stuff to ship to Georgia. No box, no tape, nothing. She weighed my items, picked my box, put my box TOGETHER, explained my options to ship it.. Sam did this with such fluent ease and kindness, i will only go there from now on. She really made the whole thing quite pleasurable. THANK YOU Sam!!!”
